Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 30
- Any tolls paid by the owner will incur a $25 service fee.
- Keep fresh water tank at a minimum of 1/3 full at all times.
- Please run generator 20-30 minutes before using A/C, water heater or other heavy appliances.
- Any removal, by the owner, of excessive Black Septic water will be subject to a minimum $100 removal fee. No Smoking of tobacco products in the RV. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for burns
- Pick-up is flexible. Typically 8 am and drop-off is typically 3 pm. Failure to communicate with the owner(s) regarding checkout times will result in a $25 service fee charged per hour.

Manny was great. The RV is as advertised. I had no issues and enjoyed my weekend rental. I highly recommend.
The RV had everything we needed for the weekend. Easy to drive but spacious on the inside. It is a slightly older unit, but well maintained. Manny provided comprehensive instructions before the rental. I’m hoping to rent this one again in the future.
