- End of rental. All dirty linens put on the bathroom floor. Garbage emptied. All dishes, surfaces & appliances cleaned/wiped off. Keurig & Ice Maker emptied of water. Clean Toilet. Quick Sweep.
- All sites must be full hookup. Portable dump tank can be rented for bookings 3+ days $25 your use. Rental is returned not emptied dumping fee is $30. Extra fee will apply if need to come dump for you.
- A $300 cleaning fee will be charged to security deposit for units returned with large amounts of dirt, soot, trash, food. We ask that the camper is being returned in the same condition you received it
- Pets are allowed with a signed pet wavier on an owner discretion bases for a $50 fee. Any signs of pets W/O wavier being signed will be charged $200. Damages from pets will be a min. of $500 starting.
