Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV. No hanging on the arms of the awning. If a storm comes in we ask that you roll the awing in. If any of these rules are broken there will a charge of $100
- The propane tanks are for the RV use only, not for personal use, ex. your propane or blackstone grill. If we find the propane was used for those purposes we will charge a $50 fee.
- No pets. You will be charged a fee of $100 if we suspect pets have been in the camper

Shawn and Tracy were great. There was an issue with a breaker a couple days into our rental and they came out to the campground and took care of it. We would definitely rent from them again.
