The RV was so cute it is like a designer yet homey RV it is great with young kids, lots of room. Loved the special touches to make it feel so welcome. I liked that it had a tub so I could bathe my 10 month old instead of trying to do a shower with her. Overall a great experience.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- You must set up a delivery time 24 hours prior to your reservation day! Delivery times are scheduled in 2-hour windows throughout the day and must remain flexible! Pickup is set prior to park checkout
- Do not adjust the setup of the RV or the slide outs. Any issues with the set up or function of the RV (to include propane). Please communicate with the owner - this keeps liability off of the renter
- Be respectful of the unit and everything in it. We understand kids, pets, and life but request due diligence be taken to ensure its returned in the condition it was taken. Please report damage.
- Beach camping is allowed in certain areas. Certain conditions will apply to renter. Weather conditions must be favorable! An additional fee WILL apply for cleaning, maintenance, & parts.
- Pet policy: 2 pet max. Message for exceptions. A nonrefundable pet cleaning fee will be assessed. Failing to disclose that pets will be staying will result in a dirty return fee. No pets on linens
We understand everything wont be perfect, but please take care to do the following to avoid additional cleaning fees:
