RV Rental gone bad.
Anthony did not have his RV ready at our pre-agreed date and time. Automatic stairs did not work, (safety hazard) RV was not clean, and he was unprepared for me to arrive for reasons undetermined. After waiting for 45 minutes, then the walk through, I took the RV in an attempt to look past the unprepared conditions (my mistake).
Had a small problem with one of the toilets called Anthony and got the problem solved. Nothing wrong with the toilet operator error
This rental was perfect for our needs. Anthony was great to work with and was always available for communication. Pickup and drop off were simple. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
