- No smoking. No pets. Pick-up/delivery times must be scheduled. Waste tanks must be emptied or $35 fee will apply. Min $50.00 Cleaning Fee if not returned clean. Power must be dedicated 30amp.
- There will be a fee assessed for any food washed down sink or put in toilet. Neither is a garbage disposal. There also will be a fee if you leave the fridge wreaking of fish.

Mike and Melanie were great to work with. They were able to pivot when my plans changed at the last minute. Would definitely work with them again. That said RV share takes way too much of a cut in my opinion and drives the cost WAY too high, hence the lower rating on value

We could not have had a smoother experience. Mike and Melanie had everything fully set up and ready for me to simply show up and pop a chair around a fire (and even the chairs were provided!) the camper was clean and stocked with basics. The communication between M & M and myself was incredible— timely, clear, and so very respectful. We WILL be renting again 😊

Mike and Melanie's camper was just PERFECT for the three of us! It was SO clean and stocked with the basics. We opted to have it delivered to our site, which was a GREAT feature! They both did such a wonderful job making sure everything was just right. We did not have a site with full hook-ups, so we were running on solar power only (which was just fine for us).
