Great travel trailer and rental experience. Hope and her family worked with us throughout the delivery process and delivered the trailer to our campground right on time.
Hope and her son Matthew put a serious amount of effort into helping us understand how to use the RV, be safely hooked up, and to be available and "on call." We had issues needing a different hitch to match the RV, and they bought a light harness adapter to match ours. We all worked together but it was understood we weren't leaving unless everything was perfectly safely ready.
Owner was wonderful to work with and encouraged us to call with any questions or issues. Camper was easy to pull and road ready! Highly recommend!
This was our first RV rental experience. Worked great! Hope to make this a regular occurrence.
