We needed a way to get our elderly, sickly aunt from Massachusetts to Florida and back again in under a week (flying is not an option). This van fit the bill nicely. It had all the plugs necessary for her nebulizer, oxygen, cell phone, etc., our cell phones too! Her recliner chair allowed for her feet to be up for the whole ride, also important!
A perfect rental. Vehicle was clean and classy! John was very professional, friendly and responsive. My impetus for renting this vehicle was to provide a comfortable mode of transportation and meaningful brief road trip for a dying relative -- and this worked out very well. Now I am considering renting this again in the future as a treat to myself and my immediate family for a vacation.
Our family's experience with John's Van was outstanding. The equipment was exactly as presented and just what we needed to transport an elderly person to a new location. Unfortunately we had a medical setback just prior to the rental and John was very helpful with a quick work around, he went above and beyond. Quite simply, his service was exceptional and will be remembered fondly by all of us.
My family rented this RV for 2 weeks this July and it was amazing. My kids loved the space and all the comfort it brought for a road trip.
My husband and I would definitely rent from John again. If your looking for a luxury van to rent and build memories this is it!!
