Keith and Venetta were so accommodating! This was our 1st time renting an RV. The kids had a blast. They set everything up for us so it was ready upon arrival. We had some lounge chairs that were broken and they came out the next day with 2 new chairs. We broke the stove cover and Keith and Venetta were great about the replacement. We cannot wait till our next RV trip.
