Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Cleaning- we do not charge a cleaning fee as long as the unit is returned clean. If you do not want to clean, please add on optional maid service.
- Returning unit dirty- if you return the unit dirty and did not add on the optional maid service, a $250 fee will be taken from your security deposit.
- A $100 fee will be charged for every hour you are late returning the unit, unless previously agreed upon time change. 15mins-60mins = $100 60mins -120mins =$200 Ect.
- Only persons with a valid drivers license and car insurance are approved to operate the free golf cart with this unit.
