our family takes 1 camping trip a year and Michael made sure that every need was meet so we didn't need to worry about anything

Only 4/5 star review on pick up experience because I was unaware the camper needed to be picked up and out of the park by 10am... not necessarily Michael's fault, I just wasn't aware of this policy (by the park) so it was a mad dash to get everything packed up and out of the camp...

The camper was very clean, and was stocked with basics you always forget (hand soap, trash bags, etc). The owners communicated timely and were great to work with!
