Raphael was great to deal with and quick in response to any questions I had. He took time out of his Christmas eve to deliver and set up the trailer for us for 5 days. Despite being below 10 degrees most days the trailer comfortably stayed at 69. The bunks are full size and accommodated a 6' adult
The camper was clean and appeared as advertised. We used it two out of four reserved nights, as halfway through our camp trip the battery was not functioning as expected. Raphael was responsive and helpful and brought out a generator but this only solved the problem partially as the battery died quickly without using anything besides the refrigerator. We abandoned plans and went home.
