Everything was perfect with our rental from Robert. Set up was on time. He had the air on for us when we arrived which was nice because it was hot. It was clean and ready to go. Any questions I had he answered promptly. It was a great trip and I definitely would rent from him again.

Unfortunately there is an issue with the water system. The RV seemed to run out of water after 24 hours even though we were being careful with usage. (I suspect there's an issue with the toilet running but we were already out of water by the time I noticed that might be happening so I'm not sure.) I texted the owner about the water during the stay and he never responded.
Renter was late arriving, several hours late leaving, left items in and around the camper. Very rude communication and demanded a refund after she went through an entire tank of water in two days. We don’t respond to bullies making demands.
