I cannot recommend renting from Richard enough! As someone who has never rented an RV before (a group of 25 year olds), Richard took the time to show us exactly how and what we needed to do to have the best experience, and he was very patient. Richard is a good communicator as well, so if you have any questions throughout your time in the RV, he is very easy to get ahold of and very gracious!
We rented Richard's Ace motorhome for a long weekend including about 10 hours worth of driving. The vehicle was generally clean and easy to drive. Richard's pickup tutorial was informative and he provided his personal cell number encase anything happened. Fortunately, we had no kickups and overall good experience.
Ace is fully stocked with everything you need. All you have to bring is food and clothes. It's a little intimidating to drive if you haven't done it before, but you get used to it. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Richard was incredible. He was readily available for questions and was very helpful. Definitely recommend!
