This is our 1st RV Rental experience. We decided to spend Christmas with a road trip. After “booking” with 2 other local RV providers only for them to flake out and cancel after booking was confirmed because it was December (as was agreed originally )

Thanks for the great experience of getting our family and elderly in laws out to the great state of South Dakota for our military son’s wedding- lots of space and storage capacity made for a great way to travel
The RV was okay but Joe does not stand behind his word. We drove 1 1/2 days to Michigan to rent this RV and go stay at Ludington State Park. When we picked up the RV it wasn't clean. Joe said he had a choice; either put on new tires and align it or clean it. From our point of view, we paid for both and expected both. We cleaned the RV extensively. I even got on my knees to clean the floor.
As a compassionate individual, I understand Ken, why you were frustrated with the cleanliness of the unit. But as the owner operator I had to make a decision in the best interest in safety. The reason for the unit not as clean as normal, was due to it coming back late from a prior rental.
Great, clean motorhome to rent. It drives really nice and worked well for our trip. Owner was good communicator and nice to work with, giving a thorough pre-trip so I understood how everything worked.
