Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO pets allowed and NO smoking allowed.
- Renter must inform owner address where RV will be used
- Renter agrees to empty tanks 100% before returning RV at end of reservation. An empty tank means the on board gauge levels are empty levels.
- No boots or dirty shoes allowed inside trailer.
The cleaning fee is $50 per hour and typically only takes an hour to clean. If additional hours of cleaning are needed, the fee will be an additional $50 per hour and be taken from the security deposit.
