Cozy RV rental sleeps 4 people. It has 1 queen bed in the front, a fold down couch, and the dinette can be made to a bed to sleep 4 people total. This RV has full electric AC, heater, refrigerator and propane water heater and stove. When we go camping, we love to go kayaking and fishing because we are surrounded by water. - No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- NO pets allowed and NO smoking allowed.
- Renter must inform owner address where RV will be used
- Renter agrees to empty tanks 100% before returning RV at end of reservation. An empty tank means the on board gauge levels are empty levels.
- No boots or dirty shoes allowed inside trailer.
