This was a great van for our weekend trip with friends. Communications was quick and responsive. We will rent again from Matt.
Overall, the trip and vehicle met our needs for a ten day trip in the PacNW. Pickup and drop-off went smoothly along with communication with Matt as we prepared for the trip. There were a few items that were not fully operational which I would of expected to be in good working order, such as the drivers side mirror that collapsed while driving at higher speeds or windy weather.
Overall we had a great experience in the Nomad van! Matt was great at responding quickly to any questions, not that it was needed often because the van is pretty user friendly, especially with the manual provided.
Matt was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful with many questions that I had. We had a wonderful trip driving all around Oregon. The van was great! We will definitely come back and book with Matt again. I highly recommend it!
Matt gave us a comprehensive walthrough of the van prior to departure to ensure we were comfortable with the gizmos and gadgets! He was very easy to reach when we had questions about the van during our trip! We would love to rent from Matt again!
Matthew was great to work with. The van was a real treat as this was our first venture out renting an RV. The van was spacious for 2 and worked perfect for what we used it for. Amenities in the van were useful and in great condition. We will difinetely rent from Matthew again!
