Kara's trailer and her customer service is stellar! We had Kara deliver and setup the trailer for us. We didn't have to do anything. The unit was leveled, powered and stocked with pot, pans, soap, cleaning supplies, cups, paper towels, bedding, etc. She also laid out the outdoor rug and had too bag chairs opened, waiting for us to sit down when we arrived.
We had a family reunion and needed a little extra space. Kara and her husband delivered the RV to the house, got it all set-up including getting the water and power connected. We opted for linens. They were good quality and clean. There were a ton of DVD's and games in the RV. We didn't get a chance to use the screened in porch but would be a nice feature if it wasn't so warm outside.
Pleasant experience
WOW! What a great rental this turned out to be! So much of it was the result of kara's great communication skills. All questions were answered quickly (Never rented/used a camping trailer before) and accurately. We had the trailer delivered and not only was it set up by them quickly, but they showed us how everything worked as well as where all the amenities were.
Kara was excellent, and so was the camper. It was spacious and comfortable. She had it delivered and set up at our camp site before we even got there. It was so refreshing to just pull in and unload our bags! Our favorite feature was the door on the main bedroom - that extra little bit of privacy and quiet from the kids at night! Communication was strong all the way through.
