Jay was awesome, this was a last minute rental. We had a wonderful time and the RV was just right
Overall, we had a good experience renting this RV from Jay. It was clean and in good condition with a few cosmetic dings from many rentals. The refrigerator worked fine the first day, but drained the battery after 45 minutes when not plugged into shore power or when the generator wasn't running. On the second day it stopped working off the battery.
Thank you for the feedback. It was in fact the plug I had told you about at the time of pickup when we did the walk around. When you notified me of the issue, I specifically asked if you checked the plug we talked about to which you replied yes, when in fact you never did. I try to help the best I can and can only do so much if you aren't communicating correctly.
Jay was a great host. The RV was perfect for our trip. Beds were comfy and the AC system worked great ! Jay was always available if we needed something and went above and beyond helping us on the return! Definitely would use his RV again !

I can't say enough great things about this rental experience:
Pre-Rental - In advance of the rental, Jay offered to have the refrigerator and pantry stocked if I arranged for a grocery delivery to his house the day before pick up. It was an awesome gesture and proved to be a tremendous time saver.
Pickup - I opted for the airport pickup option which was incredibly convenient and easy.....
We had a great time RVing for the first time! Jay was phenomenal to work with and would definitely recommend working with him to have a great adventure!
