We were the first rental of the season . I marked down on listing accuracy because the TV had been removed during storage . JT offered to drive out and hook the TV up , but we elected to take the time to enjoy a break from the TV.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in camper.
- No pets in camper unless pre-approved.
There will be a $50 charge if the blank tank is not dumped before returning.
There will also be a cleaning fee if the camper is returned without being cleaned.
These fees will be taken out of the damage deposit.
