Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Drivers License: All drivers listed MUST provide a driver's license when taking delivery or picking up our trailer, at which time we will take a picture(s) of said DL(s). No DL No trip. No exceptions!
- Tow Vehicle: Your tow vehicle MUST be able to tow at least 10000 lbs. You MUST provide proof that your vehicle can do this. We recommend you check into this before renting our trailer.
- Boondocking/Dry Camping: We don't allow Boondocking/Dry Camping. Our Travel Trailer is not set up for it. Breaking this rule will cost you to forfeit your FULL deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No Off-Roading: Don't take our Travel Trailer off paved roads. These trailers are not meant to go off pavement. Breaking this rule will cause you to forfeit your FULL deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You MUST agree to AND sign the owner's SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) for your rental to be completed. Failure to sign said document will cancel your rental and forfeit your deposit in full.

We Loved the Hideout! Mario was so accommodating! We flew in from Arizona for a family reunion camping at Millersylvania State Park for a week. The RV that Mario delivered was CLEAN and Fully Equipped with everything we need to camp with 4 adults and 2 Kidos. They delivered and set everything up with camp chairs, extra table, camp outdoor rug, BBQ and camp cook stove and propane fire pit.
