This was my family’s first time RV camping. Kevin made it so easy and was very accommodating. It was very clean and homey. We had a wonderful experience!
Kevin was great to work with and the camper was beautiful!
We enjoyed the trailer over 4th of July. Kevin was a great communicator delivered the trailer to us at Sparrow Pond as promised. He hooked it up and showed us how to use all the features. It was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Sheets and comforters were provided. It was also stocked with paper products. It was very clean and in like new condition.
Everything worked out great. Kevin sets it up and breaks it down. Would certainly rent again.
RV was as advertised and coordinated was outstanding. Clean and neat! Bedding and some paper products are provided. Overall we are happy with the renal and will rent again

1) I told him there would be traffic so I suggest he brought the RV the day before. He said NO. But showed up 4 hours after the agreed to time of 1pm.
The extending canopy arm was broken. So we couldn’t use it. There were no discounts sought nor given.
Deon, I am sorry you feel this way. When you rented the camper from me you asked about all the different sleeping arrangements for you and your guests. I offered you an air mattress because one of your guest was over 6 feet tall and the dinette or fold out couch may have been uncomfortable for them.
