- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Unit must be general clean prior to return or pick up. Full clean will take place at home base. Ie. Excess dirt,mud, animal.hair dirty dishes left will be charged additional fees. Please be couteous.
- Any dogs allowed must be agreed upon prior to rental delivery and additional fee to be paid at time of rental
