Excellent condition, not too big, not too small, bunkhouse layout (No Slide Out). Bunk beds are double wide (48in) and can sleep two kids on each. The dinette converts to a bed which allows sleeping for 7 people. Comes stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and insulated beverage containers (Coffee Mugs, Wine Glasses and Tumblers).

This RV was fine except for the fact that we had an awning problem that was not the fault of the owner. A motor on the owing malfunctioned.
The people were great to work with. The bed was comfortable which is a major concern for me.

This RV was perfect for our 3 night trip in Oregon. Brian delivered the RV exactly on the agreed upon time and set the trail up for us. He prechilled the refrigerator and freezer so we could effortlessly transfer food from the cooler. The trailer was well stocked with all the consumables we needed. I will defiantly look to rent from Brian again on our next trip!
