- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking/vaping/incense of any substance or kind allowed. Any odor of such items in the camper will result in the entirety of the damage deposit being forfeited.
- No pets or animals allowed in the camper at anytime. Evidence of any pets/urine in the camper will result in forfeiture of entire damage deposit. No more than 6 people may stay in the camper.
- No climbing on the camper roof allowed.
