The Brady bums were great at communicating and accommodation requests. The camper itself was horrible. The camper looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Wallpaper is peeling off walls. None of the televisions in the camper work. The cable jack outside is dead. The bathroom was filthy with screws laying on the side of the tub and the tub itself pulling from the wall.

However, we are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered. Unfortunately, mice and things do make their way into campers. We do our best to keep them away and apologize for the utensil drawer. With the extreme heat, the wallpaper can suffer.

Rosa was a delight to work with and the camper worked out great. It was exactly what we needed for our trip - not fancy, highly functional - all the gizmos and gadgets worked perfectly. Loved the outdoor kitchen! Easy to set up and pack up.
The overall experience was okay. The RV wasn’t clean when we picked it up as far as the counters and cabinets. They were sticky and dirty. The floor was covered in leaves, pine straw and dirt. We had to clean the entire RV before we felt comfortable setting up for our trip to PA with our 6 month old son. I will say the linens and bedding were very comfortable so that was a big plus.
Great first experience! Rosa was super easy to communicate with, RV was delivered when we asked for it to be and it was so clean and nice. Will definitely rent again!
Wonderful experience!! Everything was just as described and our family had a delightful stay.
