- You must be present to take possession of camper when delivered. Any No-Shows, or late arrivals after 1 hr of delivery time will forfeit damage deposit.
- Only provided toilet paper shall be used in the bathroom. No feminine products / wipes are allowed to be deposited into the toilet. A clog from these in the sewer system will forfeit your deposit.

Our stay in this camper was really great! We enjoyed all our time on vacation in this RV. It was very clean and we had absolutely no problems at all. Chris communicated well and was good to work with. We would definitely use Chris and this RV again!
Everything is just as pictured. Clean and spacious! Owner was reachable promptly and genuinely cared and ensured that all was going smoothly.
I cannot say enough about this wonderful RV and excellent owner. The RV was exceptionally clean and better stocked than any I have rented. The organization was excellent. Everything worked. It was comfortable. He went out of his way to place us near some of our friends. The kitchen was fantastic and we lacked nothing. Best ever!
If I could give Chris 6-stars I would. First, beautiful RV (like new). Clean and stocked with many extras! Chris delivered the RV on time and managed all the set-up logistics, including AC temp, cold frig, etc.. All we had to do was walk in. Check-out was the same, no need to worry about disconnecting or "shutting down", this was all taking care of.

Chris was responsive and on time for delivery. The camper is updated and really nice compared to others we have rented in the past. The shower is actually large enough to shower in! I would suggest a new mattress cover, but that would be our only feedback. We enjoyed and would rent this camper again.
We are seasoned campers, who own a camper, but decided to rent this time because of the distance. Dealing with Chris was easy; great communication, and answered all questions. The camper itself was clean, well taken care of, and had anything you would need for a week long vacation - right down to really nice camping chairs.
