Setup (including provided propane tank and full wate tank) and deep cleaning/sanitization. Renters are responsible for bringing the unit back reasonably clean, free of dirt and sand, and with the black and grey tanks emptied.

Great little trailer. Boris was super helpful for a first-time RV'er; very responsive and flexible. Trailer had all we needed for four days off grid in Death Valley. Towed easy behind our 2006 V6 4Runner.

This a great sized trailer for a couple. There’s a bathroom and kitchen inside and the bed is wider than a queen, which is nice. Towing it was easy behind my SUV and we drove up to 6000ft in the mountains. All our friends at the campground called it the fancy teardrop. :)

We loved renting this trailer and hope to again. We got great support from the owner, Boris, which included extensive help to hook up at the start of the rental and allowance to make an easy return on a street (vice backing it into the original driveway position). The pick-up was a little hairy with my 8ft bed F-150. We used the unit with full hookups one night and boondocking a 2nd night.
