This was our first time renting an RV and it was a wonderful experience. The owners were very helpful by providing video on operations. Instructions were clear and precise. They were available 24/7 and we did co race them about an issue and they were quick to find a solution. The RV was clean and well kept. We would not hesitate to rent from these owners in the future.

Jim and his family provided excellent communication throughout the process. We had a few questions over the 4 days and Jim responded within 10 minutes. Although they provided ALL the necessities, we brought our own stuff, but we really didn’t need to.
