My family was happy with this rental experience; however, I would have expected better from a company that is renting an RV for profit. They were courteous and professional; however, there were several mechanical issues that needed attention: self leveling jacks only worked intermittently, and the backup camera was broken.
Great rental for making unforgettable memories! This is our second time renting this coach and we had a wonderful time. This coach has everything you need for a weekend getaway, or a 7 day mountain vacation like we took! Any issue we had was handled immediately, and Curtis was outstanding and very attentive. Thanks for the memories.....we will see you next year!
First time RV renter and a the experience was bad RV was delivered on a empty gas tank and clean water. Water was leaking in and out of the RV whenever you ran water in the RV and the generator stopped working and the owner never offered to send someone to come check the RV out.
Owner only cares about money. Not safety or my families well being.
We had an amazing time! Owner was available and all employees were very helpful! We are looking forward to renting it after the holidays. Set up was a snap and plenty of room for a family of 4-5! Thank you for the memories!
