We had a great trip in the Odyssey! It is very spacious but not too big to drive.
The pickup process was a bit long & tedious since we have rented RVs in the past, but we understood the importance of it too. Overall it was a great experience.
Great experience from beginning to end
Jenay was very professional, reliable and easy to work with. We will definitely rent from her again.
Janey's Spirit that we were originally to rent was in an accident a couple days before we were to rent. However she had the Odyssey available, Very good overall experience. Looking forward to renting the Spirit in the future.
Jenay was very responsive. Service was good, but got issues…
- When we arrived for the RV pick up, battery was still being replaced.
- I asked if the RV had a coffee maker and got the confirmation that it was available. Next morning, didn’t find the coffee maker at the RV.
- Sewage sensors were not working properly.
- Driver’s seat not bending properly.
Jenay is a great owner to work with. Her communication is prompt and clear and the experience of working with her was fantastic. The RV was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend working with Jenay for your next trip.
