Elmore is great to work with. Excellent communicator and was accommodating regarding some traffic/flight delays from Chicago. The RV itself works. It’s not brand new and there are some signs of wear, but it functions well, and it got us to and from the festival. The AC works well as long as you have an electrical hookup, otherwise you will only have a fan/heat in the winter.
I had a fantastic experience!! Mr. Mundell and I did a thorough walk through when I picked up the camper so I had a good understanding of everything it had to offer. I appreciate how he was available during my trip to answer any questions I may have had as well. My trip was perfect and I will definitely be renting from him again.
Elmore was very quick to respond to any questions that we had leading up to the trip. He delivered the RV directly to our campsite and set it up for us. He took care of everything and the RV was wonderful.
