Justin was great to work with, and answered all our questions very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent an RV!
I can highly recommend Trillium Rock for your RV rental. Communication with the provider was quick. Delivery of the RV to our camping site was on time and the setup was quickly done. The RV is well stocked with kitchen/cooking items. The list provided from the rental provider made it clear what was provided so the renter can determine what they will need to provide.
Sewer hose had a hole in it, guy came and replaced it. Seat cushions are stained and smell like urine, but other than that it was good. The guy was friendly and prompt! We didn’t have to pick it up, it was delivered. He did a great job with having it all ready for us.
I highly recommend renting from Justin. We had some hiccups in the beginning of our trip and he was so nice and very accommodating.
I will definitely be renting from them again!
Justin met me for pickup, he was flexible for pickup and drop off times. RV was very clean and ready to go, Justin showed me the ropes and everything was in order. We camped for 4 days and it's was a great trip up north MI. We did not have any issues, we are most definitely going to be renting from this place again!
