We had a situation where the campsite assigned when we arrived ha someone else there, Diane and her team were very supportive and spent additional time with us as the campground got itself organized and gave us an alternative location.
This is my 3rd time renting from Diana very professional. I highly recommend her.
TL;DR:
Communication was great, but camper trailer's malfunctioning items and lack of cleanliness soured our stay.
The Good Stuff:
Diana was great with communication leading up to and during our stay. She quickly responded, attempted to remediate issues, or compensated for issues that arose. Communication was top notch. Same with the setup technician.
Just saw the review. The AC will turn off if you leave the door open. The coils freeze. The AC worked perfectly. Second, we knew the ice maker was broken prior to rental, ensured you were refunded and provided you with two bags of free ice.
Diana was great to work with and accommodated all our needs.
Diana was amazing to work with and made the whole experience feel effortless.
Camper was clean and exactly s as described and pictured.
I would definitely rent again. Thank you Diana!
The RV was very comfortable for everyone. Plenty of room for our group of 4. We were there during a record heat wave and the air conditioner had a little trouble keeping up with the temperature. Overall, a good first time staying in a rental RV.
