Bryan was super helpful in delivery and pick up of the RV we used in Atlanta. The RV was used during a sporting event as a "home base" and he helped get it to and from the location. R/V description was accurate - it's not the newest RV, but you can tell Bryan takes great care of his RV.

The rental we originally reserved for our trip had a bad water leak, so we had to search for other options. I came across this listing and we had no choice but to book. While this rental was not our first choice, the owner was accommodating with our last minute request. However, the owner should update his listing to reflect the current condition of the rv.
This was a last minute request that I agreed to rent to them, despite no advance notice. I even loaned them a hitch rack to carry their kayak. Upon return at 6:15 AM, this renter damaged the RV and is currently making false claims about mileage to get out of overage charges. They also left a frozen/burst bottle of champagne in the freezer.
This vehicle is falsely advertised The AC system needs to be fixed and the upholstery is falling apart.
This particular renter damaged our RV and got upset when he was held accountable for the damages. The unit was perfectly clean when he picked it up, however he brought it back filthy and didn't dump the tanks. It is a 5-year-old unit, yes the upholstery is starting to crack and we will get that fixed in time.
Bryan was easy to work with and very helpful if we needed anything during the trip. Our trip went well but we were very disappointed to find out when Bryan delivered the RV to us that the slide out was broken and not usable and the cockpit AC unit was broken and did not work. Neither of these issues were disclosed to us prior to the day of our trip.
