He held an introductory Zoom a couple of weeks before renting and gave a VERY thorough session on every aspect on the day of pick up. He is very responsive with any questions from prior to booking and throughout.

Absolutely recommend Steve and his rentals! His rigs are personally maintained by him, and he is entirely invested in ensuring you have a great experience. I was a newbie in RV operation and Steve set aside a large block of time to ensure my questions were answered and I was comfortable with operation. He was available any time I had questions as well.
