Wonderful experience. Ryan was very helpful, and accommodating. He did everything in his power to make sure this experience was a good one. Great guy to rent from.
I had a lot of issues. The first night the DVD player and tv wouldn’t function properly. The generator wasn’t turning on when needed. The screen door was torn so if I wanted to open the door bugs would still come in but I got over it. The door kept getting jammed and I would get locked out even though I was using the correct lock code.
Thank you for your feedback. In response I have incorporated a how to guide that will help future renters using the tv and generator incase they forget how to use them after the initial demonstration. I know you were distracted during orientation with your kids. The door was jammed due to a screw coming loose after driving down a 14 mile washboard road but was able to come back to site and fix.
Great trailer, it was perfect for family that was visiting....just parked it in our driveway, hooked up a hose and plugged it in! Roomy with 3 queen beds.....!
