The van was very clean and in great shape. It had everything we needed for our trip and really appreciated all it had to offer given the rainy weather we had! We had no problem accommodating our family of three plus bikes and gear for a week. We had a small technical issue midway through the trip and Walt was very quick to respond and communicate with us to get it resolved.
Walter was very responsive to questions despite becoming a new father the day we picked the van up.
