The camper is nice but dealing with Matt proved to be challenging. Watch the hidden fees. Expected to leave the camper in pristine cleanliness. No additional gear available (chairs, cleaning supplies, no portable waste tank-additional fee for dumping). Would not recommend if traveling with kids.
Matt made the RV rental process not only easy but enjoyable. The camper was everything that my family and I could have asked for.
Matt was highly communicative and went out of his way to make sure we were setup for success! We were looking for delivery and he kept us posted on his timelines. He even checked in after 24 hours to see how we were doing. The camper was modern and roomy. I would rent from him again.
What a great experience, Matt is very thoughtful and on the ball when it came to set up and run down on how everything worked in the trailer. He even gave me fresh corn from his garden . If you want a worry free experience this is your rental .
Matt was super-easy to work with! Communication was clear and delivery of the RV was easy. The camper was clean and ready for my family and I—no “RV smells” one might experience in other vehicles. We were very pleased with our experience and would certainly do this again!
Matt is the best. Super accommodating and his RV was in tip top shape. I will definitely be renting from him when I am in the area again
