I don’t take leaving a negative review lightly and if you haven’t read the reviews prior to renting like I did then yes some of its on me.
Make sure to read the fine print. If you’re looking for a camper that provides four walls, a mattress, and protection from the weather… congratulations, you’ve found it. If you’re looking for literally anything beyond that, bring it yourself.
We rented this Mercedes Prism from July 1 - July 5, 2026 hoping to spend precious vacation time soaking in the beauty of Washington. Before leaving we noticed a dashboard warning that said "7 starts remaining". The owner explained that the previous renters had ran it out of DEF and that the service center assured him the warning would reset, telling us not to worry.

Before your trip, the RV had been serviced by the authorized Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vans Service Center in Lynnwood after the previous renter accidentally ran the vehicle low on DEF.

I rented this RV for two days and had a great overall experience. The turn signals have been fixed and are working properly.
The RV is equipped with a multimedia system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. I used Android Auto, and everything worked smoothly. You can also connect your phone via USB cable to keep it charged while using the system.
