We rented this Mercedes Prism from July 1 - July 5, 2026 hoping to spend precious vacation time soaking in the beauty of Washington. Before leaving we noticed a dashboard warning that said "7 starts remaining". The owner explained that the previous renters had ran it out of DEF and that the service center assured him the warning would reset, telling us not to worry.

Before your trip, the RV had been serviced by the authorized Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vans Service Center in Lynnwood after the previous renter accidentally ran the vehicle low on DEF.
The owner is very friendly and RV experience is great!
We had an exceptional and unforgettable time renting this RV! The entire experience far exceeded our expectations, offering us a unique opportunity to see the world through a different lens. It allowed us to completely detach from the daily grind and reconnect with the natural beauty of the northwest US and southwest Canada.
I rented this RV for two days and had a great overall experience. The turn signals have been fixed and are working properly.
The RV is equipped with a multimedia system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. I used Android Auto, and everything worked smoothly. You can also connect your phone via USB cable to keep it charged while using the system.

We recently rented an this RV through RV share it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with this experience.
Here are some of the reasons why I would never recommend renting from them:
We were travelling from Seattle to Glacier national park.
RVShare's charging of an extra $900 is incorrect. In the event of an incident, you only incur a loss of $500 for the insurance deposit; there was a charge of $336.65 for over mileage 634 miles. The reason for the wheel damage during the trip remains unclear, despite the RV undergoing correct tire pressure checks and being parked for a few days.
