Like new RV! Very nice living. Hasn't been used very much. Very Clean. Everything works great. Easy setup. Fun Fun Fun! Kids and grandkids LOVE it!!! We like to keep our RV clean and sanitized. We can discuss a small pet (no cats please) I'm allergic to them unfortunately. Your friend must be potty trained. Enjoy this fantastic RV with your family. After all , that's what it's all about!

This RV is a 50 amp and has two very nice A/C units that stays cold in the summer! Also has a very good heater! Very comfortable living! VERY CLEAN! Like New Condition.
