Serge was a great host!
This was a very nice, large, and clean RV, thanks to Serge for outfitting it with all the necessary amenities and a few extras for comfort. Serge was prompt and able to accommodate to our delivery needs near the airport. Five stars from me. Thank you Serge! When we come back, you are at the top of our list.
Generator exhaust fell off mid trip, couldn't use it. Awning didn't come out. Refrigerator had no door holders inside so food scattered everywhere. RV needs some work.
Thanks for the bad comment, of course I didn't expect this, I can't afford a free RV rent to make people happy . My suggestion for you, next time rent a car from the car rentals and pay for hotel which is more expensive. Have nice day!
RV was perfect for our weekend trip from Fairbanks to Valdez.
Serge was very responsive, available for questions and flexible. Gave a quick but thorough overview of the RV at pick up. Also thoughtfully added a hitch rack when he heard we were headed out for fishing. Super convenient.
