I had made reservations to rent another RV three weeks plus before our camping date. On the day we were to leave the owner was unable provide the RV. John immediately stepped up after I reached out to him. He absolutely went way out of his way to make things as simple and convenient for me and my boys to go on our father son camp out with the church.
