Josh was very easy to deal with, he made sure we were set up. he even offered us some of his kid's DVDs that way my kids would be entertained will we were winding down for the evening. Would highly recommend.

Especially liked the outdoor kitchen. Beds were comfortable; shower/tub in bathroom roomy; kitchen sink nice size with great faucet.
Take your own appliances (coffee maker, toaster etc).
We have a Ford 350 power stroke so easy to tow over mountain passes, ultra light.
