Such a fun experience! This is our first time renting an RV - Mary Beth was so helpful and made sure we knew how to work everything and felt comfortable driving it! Had a couple of questions during the trip - she was so responsive and helped us trouble shoot and resolve. We got stated a little late on the way home and Mary Beth was so understanding and flexible.
Had a great trip. RV drives great. Mary Beth was super accomodating - there were some generator issues and she made sure to attach a backup generator so we would not be without. Comfortably slept all seven of our folks. Highly recommend!

Please do not rent from this owner. I have used RV Share multiple times over the years and have generally had good experiences overall. I have never left a "negative" review until now. I only take the time to leave reviews if there are egregious issues.
We had an amazing time staying in Big Bertha and Mary Beth was great to work with! We had a rental secured with someone else for months that cancelled on us less than 24 hours before departure. I connected with Mary Beth and she was responsive and was able to accommodate us quickly! Big Bertha is well equipped and provided just what we needed!
Marybeth was amazing. She was so thorough and friendly. She took time out to show us every detail of the RV. Our trip was awesome. We would rent from her over and over again. We highly recommend Big Bertha for your next trip :)
