Eddie's RV was exactly what we needed. Not too big, not too small. It included Wi-Fi which was needed. We enjoyed the experience and Eddie's was friendly and helpful
It has taken me a little while to write this review, which has definitely been to the benefit of the owner as I have had a chance to calm down after the many issues we experienced with renting this RV. While we had a number of issues with the rental, I think the most important thing to point out is that this unit should NOT have been rented out as it had INOPERABLE cab air!!
This renter was well aware that the air unit was restricted to high only as we discussed this during her test drive.. There was nothing wrong with the cooling component of the A/C. This renter was also held responsible for damaging the motor home and denied the damage despite the mounting proof we had that there was no existing damage.
Simple pick-up dropoff and a clean coach led to a great trip!
Great for first timers
Eddie was great. Very helpful when we had a couple of questions throughout the trip. The RV was easy to figure out (it was our first time in an RV) and all features worked. It was cleanly and drove well.
