We had a great experience with Patty & Kevin! The RV was clean, well-equipped with just about everything a person needs (and some additional things they put in there like an outdoor rug, little grill and propane, plastic utensils, a fun welcome basket of goodies, etc). They were very responsive when we did contact them with questions and very friendly.
Great experience! The RV was the perfect size and very well stocked.
This was our first experience with an RV rental and it couldn't have been better. From the initial communication and throughout our entire rental, it was great. We were able to drive up a couple of days early to get the basic of the operation parts of the RV so we could think of questions and not waste time on our actual pick up date.
Simple but spacious this was a great RV to call home for two weeks as we traveled out west. The RV is well stocked, the owners communicate quickly at any time and even welcome you with a snack basket. We had a great time and hope to rent again!
Patty and Kevin were very friendly to work with and quite accommodating. We appreciated their taking the time to go over all functions as we are RV novices and required instruction. It was a mechanically sound vehicle, we had no issues on the road. Many amenities were provided. We especially liked the snacks for the road and the bottled water for drinking. Patty & Kevin thought of everything!
Our experience renting from Patty has been amazing! We have never traveled in an RV before, so Patty took her time explaining how everything works and answering all our questions. She put together a handy little binder that we could reference on the trip as well.
Patty was flexible with pick up and drop off times which was a great help since we traveled quite a long way.
