Renter beware:
This was my first RV Rental, 2 weeks across country with son and dog.
Trip was severely hampered after 2 tire-related breakdowns. 4 out the 6 total tires needed to be replaced, at my expense, and the owner gets compensated by the insurance I HAD to purchase (mandatory) through RVshare.
The RV was great. Everything worked just fine. We had a great time.

Renting the Itasca from Steve was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve was very helpful in the planning and coordination for pickup and very thorough in his walkthrough, sharing insights and tips throughout. He was readily available for questions during our trip and the return process was clearly understood and seamless. We'd definitely rent from Steve again!
From the air conditioner that couldn’t keep the temperature below 84° in the RV to the refrigerator that clearly wasn’t in proper working order when we left (should have realized when the owner gave us ice packs and said it worked like a Yeti cooler) and failed in less than 24 hours causing the loss of all cool food and drinks. And then the ant infestation.
This was our first of many RV experiences, and Steve was nothing short of a spectacular host. He spent over an hour at pickup explaining all the procedures, precautions, tips, and amenities of the rig, which tremendously helped us operate the RV for the first time. The RV was super easy to get used to driving and had great fuel efficiency for our drive.
Steve's a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable walked me through the entire coach. Can't say enough about the experience. Highly recommend using his RV.
