- Just be a decent person. You make a mess, clean it. You break something, fix it. Something happens, be honest. Treat it as if you're a guest in my house because we use it too! Please and Thank You!
- Any major cleaning needed outside of normal, responsible use, for example, spilled wine/alcohol, excessive mud/oils, extreme odors/smoking, pet stains, will be taken from the security deposit.
- A full walk through and around will be done with each renter before and after use.
- I do not rent for tailgate events, festivals or private residences. No party groups. For example: you and your friends splitting the cost for a "getaway weekend"
- Relax and enjoy your much earned time off!

Our camper was great - we didn't have to do anything to set it up and just got to enjoy our vacation! Ben and family were great hosts. Everything was super clean, modern and comfortable!
Ben and his family made our first camping trip a huge success! He was assessable for all questions and discussions prior to our trip. He met us at the camp ground, where everything was perfectly set up. The camper was pristine and tidy, every need for comfort has been fulfilled, down to cleaning supplies and cooking utensils, soap, and blankets for the kids to cuddle on the couch.
Our family recently completed a stay using this trailer and had a terrific experience. Ben was responsive, answered my questions and provided suggestions. The trailer was very clean and perfect for our family (2 adults and three children). The description was exactly as described and there were even starter soaps, bug spray and a first aid kit in the bathroom.
Fantastic RV with perfect amenities! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great rental experience from start to finish!
I cannot say enough great stuff about my experience renting a camper from Ben. He says its his home away from home and he means it. It was more like an Air B&B than an RV. Ben provides sheets, towels, small soaps for the shower and dishes, even toothpaste! kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils for cooking and pots/pans to cook with.
What can we say...renting with Ben blew away any and all expectations. Ben made it the easiest experience imaginable. Drop off on time. Check. Pick up on time. Check.
Camper was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. And when they say everything included...they mean EVERYTHING. AC was spot on and worked excellent.
