From the pick up to drop off, Darrick was extremely helpful and accommodating. If we had any questions, he was responsive and always available. The RV was immaculately clean and ran perfectly from NC to TN and back. It's a luxurious vehicle and I highly recommend using it for your next adventure.
The RV drives really well and all of the mechanics are great. Slides work well, hookup was easy, getting ready to leave was easy. However, the interior needs to be updated. The fabric on all the seating is worn out. The dining table is unstable and needs to be fixed. It rained really hard, washed out one of the bridges near by.
Thank you for the comments. As everyone knows, COVID has put a damper on getting parts for anything that ultimately includes upholstery. If only everyone that rents thing would treat them as their own and not just a toy to use and put back to not be used again, it would be better for all parties. Not saying y’all abused anything because y’all took great care of the RV.
Great experience
I am always a bit hesitant renting through third party companies like this, but after speaking with and meeting Derrick it became a great experience. He was extra accommodating and was always available when I had any sort of question. These bigger RV's can be a little intimidating(and I've owned one before!
